ITALIAN WITH MATURING HAM

Salad with spinach, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, sun-dried tomatoes in oil, vine-ripened ham, arugula and black olives. Sprinkled with roasted pumpkin seeds. Served with toasted garlic bread and a sun-dried tomato-based sauce.
